Rich ,Noah and Steven a 3 man crew framed a 12 x18 ft guest cabin with 10ft walls, gable end wall and rafters on an 8/12 pitch and installed a metal roof and soffits in less than 3 days. Very efficient, a pleasure to be around who built a great product. It was easy to convey to Rich the design requirements and they got the project underway in a timely fashion.
